City College Scholarship Program Graduates

City Mayor Vicente “Dongkoy” Y. Emano, who admits to being a college drop-out, said that he is proud to have been an instrument in initiating a program that now helped many young aspiring students reach their dreams of finishing a college degree. Here, he posed with 52 new graduates from various colleges in the city made possible through the City College Scholarship Program.

From the Mayor’s Office:

“Fifty-two (52) poor student scholars of the City College Scholarship Program (CCSP) are set to graduate from their chosen courses next month,” Mayor Vicente ‘Dongkoy’ Y. Emano announced.

mayor emanoThe graduating scholars were presented by the CCSP Committee, under the supervision of City Accountant Wilma Polley-Rugay, during the flagraising ceremony at the City Hall recently.

“In behalf of the city, I give you, scholars, my warmest congratulations, especially to your parents too, for your achievement,” the mayor addressed the scholars.
