Enrolment for Livelihood Skills Training Program Now Open

City Mayor Vicente “Dongkoy” Y. Emano announced that the local government is now ready to accept new applicants into the Technology-Based Community Training Program for the 2nd semester of this year.

Among the courses offered free for all interested participants are basic computer literacy, beauty care services, massage therapy, dressmaking, handicraft, bread and pastry production, commercial cooking, & food processing.

Just this week, a total of 788 participants successfully completed and graduated from this program initiated by the local government in partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
