250 Houses Soon to Rise @ CdeO Mahogany Village in Calaanan

City Mayor Vicente “Dongkoy” Y. Emano thanked two local businessmen who donated 2.7 hectares of land in Calaanan where 250 more houses shall soon rise with the help of the Habitat for Humanity Philippines.

“Dili mobarog ang CDO Mahogany Village Relocation dinha sa Calaanan kung dili pa tungod sa donasyon sa yuta nila ni Mr. Roland Ramos ug Mr. Roger Tan,” the mayor gratefully said.

The mayor expressed his gratitude during the Blessing and Brick Laying Ceremony, July 2, 2012, at the CDO Mahogany Village Relocation with city and barangay Canitoan officials, as well as representatives from the Habitat for Humanity Philippines in attendance.

The mayor also thanked all the foreigners – members of the All Hands Volunteers who are presently doing construction work on the relocation site.
