The National Housing Authority (NHA) shall soon commence building 2,000 houses intended for city residents who are living in areas identified as ‘Danger Zones’ or ‘High-Risk Areas’, according to a recent announcement by City Mayor Vicente “Dongkoy” Y. Emano.
These houses differ from the usual houses and lots in the relocation sites in that they are not free. The ‘No-Build Area’ residents can avail of these houses for a very affordable fee.
