Mayor Vicente “Dongkoy” Y. Emano warmly congratulated the 484 participants who are set to successfully complete their training course under the city’s Technology-Based Community Skills Training Program.
The Mayor announced that 201 participants will graduate in Automotive Servicing course, while 179 will graduate in Metal Arc Welding, 61 in Consumer Electronics, 24 in Food Processing, and 19 in Handicrafts. The graduation ceremony shall be held in the Grand Caprice Limketkai Center at 1:00 PM on September 6, 2012.
The mayor also lauded City Councilor Nadya Emano-Elipe, the Community Improvement Division, and the TESDA Region 10 for their efforts at helping the city’s underprivileged citizens in improving their lives through the Technology-Based Community Skills Training Program.
“Subli akong nagpasalamat sa tinuoray nga paningkamot nila ni Kagawad Nadya Emano-Elipe, mga ginsakpan sa Community Improvement Division ug mga kaabag gikan sa Technical Education and Skills Development Authority Region 10 aron matabangan intawon ang atong mga kaigsoonang kabus nga makabarog sa ilang panginabuhian,” the mayor declared.
