Adel Tamano attended the launching and orientation of the S3TAR Program (Sari-sari Store Training & Access To Resources), a joint project of TESDA, Coca Cola, the City Government, and the SMILES Foundation, which seek to empower 500 women retailers in the city by providing them training and resources to further boost their productivity in their retailer business.
