TESDA-MisOr: CdeO is 2012 Most Outstanding Local Gov’t Unit

City Councilor Nadya Emano-Elipe receives the award from TESDA-Mis.Or., during this week’s flagraising ceremony at City Hall, for CdeO as the 2012 Most Outstanding Local Government Unit in the implementation of technology-based community training program, having produced 8,497 graduates in 2012. TESDA earlier had also awarded CID’s Ms. Crispina N. Estrada as Most Outstanding Community Training Coordinator.
