Ms. Milagros Maquiling, President of the Cagayan de Oro Persons with Disabilities Association spoke in front of City Officials and City Hall Employees during this week’s flagraising ceremony announcing the celebration of the 34th National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week as mandated by AO 35. This year’s theme is “Mainstreaming Persons with Disabilities in Economic Development” which aims to promote the rights, welfare, full employment, and a barrier-free environment for persons with disabilities.
